A suspect in the killing of an 18-year-old man in Allegheny County was arrested Tuesday by U.S. marshals in south Florida.

Harvey Scott, 37, of Wilkinsburg, is charged with homicide and firearms violations in connection with the June 18 shooting of Deglin St. Clair , according to a criminal complaint. Advertisement

The U.S. Marshals Service said Scott was taken into custody near Miami after a foot chase.

Marshals said Scott was also wanted on a parole violation warrant stemming from a 2015 homicide in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood.
