WALLINGFORD, Conn. — The CT Lottery has officially launched the 12th edition of its “Give a Child a Toy, Not a Ticket” Holiday Toy Drive.

Beyond securing toys for children who are receiving medical treatment, the initiative is meant to remind people not to give children lottery tickets as a gift during the holiday season, which is quickly approaching.

This year’s toy drive began on Nov. 1 and runs through Dec. 19.

Collection sites are located throughout Connecticut at participating Cumberland Farms and U-Haul stores, as well as at CT Lottery headquarters in Wallingford and Fanatics Sportsbook locations statewide.
