The competition is heating up on season 28 of “The Voice.”
The Knockouts kicked off during the Monday, Oct. 27, episode of the NBC reality series. During the round, two players from the same team perform back to back. Their coach picks a winner, who moves on to the next stage of the competition.
For the first time ever, this season’s coaches — Michael Bublé, Niall Horan, Reba McEntire, and Snoop Dogg — have a special power called the “Mic Drop” to use during the Knockouts.
Each coach can press the “Mic Drop” button for one of their Knockout winners, giving them a chance to perform at the Rose Parade in Pasadena in January. The audience will vote to decide which of the four winners gets the gig.
