Body-camera footage shows the officers in Guernsey County, Ohio, locked in a standoff with the native Australian bird , using dog catcher poles to herd and corral the bird on October 17.
In the video, one deputy can be heard expressing concerns that the animals "can be aggressive", as the other deputy reaches for the dog catcher poles, joking, "I guess I'll fight him with a stick".
The Guernsey County Sheriff's Office released a statement later, praising the efforts of the officers who were able to manage the situation succ
