LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- 8 News Now obtained video from inside a school bus that captured the moments before it struck and killed a 12-year-old girl who was riding her bicycle.
Haylee Ryan was hit on Oct. 6 while riding home from Lied STEAM Academy.
According to a Las Vegas Metro Police Department report 8 News Now obtained, the 75-year-old school bus driver was found at fault but was not charged in the crash.
The report obtained by 8 News Now said no actions were taken because the incident was still an ongoing investigation.
The video 8 News Now obtained through a public records request shows the school bus that hit Ryan was driving in the bike lane, giving Ryan little room, before colliding with her.
The school bus was in the right lane, driving west on Tropical Parkway from Decatur Boul
