WESTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Lewis County Grand Jury handed up its November 2025 list of indictments on Tuesday, which includes a man who allegedly admitted to throwing a young child, causing injuries that led to his death.
Zachary Williams, 27, of Jane Lew, was arrested this past May after troopers with the Weston detachment of the West Virginia State Police were dispatched to a home where EMS workers were performing CPR on an infant. Troopers assisted EMS in lifesaving measures, but the infant later died at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
