SEYMOUR, Tenn. (WVLT) - A business in Sevier County has had its beer permit reinstated after it was revoked earlier this year.
Back in March, the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office said the permit was revoked at Jimmy’s Market #12, located at 12221 Chapman Highway in Seymour, after it was cited for selling alcohol to underage customers last year.

On Tuesday, the Gratz Law Firm announced the business’s beer permit had been reinstated effective immediately.
