LTYC founder admits non-payment to group of Baltimore teachers, lawsuit continues

A group of Baltimore City teachers is pressing forward with a federal lawsuit against the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) and Baltimore City Public Schools, claiming they have not been paid for several months of work last school year.
