Congress MP Rahul Gandhi will hold a press conference today at 12 PM at the Congress headquarters in Delhi. It is speculated that Rahul may make a big revelation regarding allegations of vote theft and irregularities in the voter list, which he had earlier termed a "Hydrogen Bomb".

In fact, Rahul has already held two press conferences on the allegations of vote theft. He had also accused the Election Commission and the BJP of tampering with votes on August 7 and September 18.
