Justin Baldoni ‘s lawyer is speaking out following the latest update in the It Ends With Us legal battle.

The 41-year-old actor and filmmaker’s $400 defamation and extortion lawsuit against co-star Blake Lively was officially ended last week after failing to meet the deadline to amend the claims and refile. Previously, the case was dismissed by the judge.

Now, his lawyer Bryan Freedman is explaining what actually happened and why they “missed” the deadline.
