GENESEE COUNTY, MI -- A trio of ballots proposals for Genesee County school districts won favor with voters during the Tuesday, Nov. 4 election .
Atherton Community Schools received the go-ahead for a building and site bond proposal, Davison Community Schools got a yes vote for a sinking fund millage renewal, and Goodrich Area Schools found approval for an infrastructure bond renewal.

Atherton Community Schools building and site bond proposal
The district asked voters to approve a $13.4 million bond proposal to address aging infrastructure, improve athletic facilities, and modernize classroom environments across the district.
Voters favored the proposal by a slim margin of 465 yes votes (52.19%) to 426 no votes (
