They have brought an air fryer, oven, camping toilet, electric blanket, beanbags and all their devices to help get them through Wednesday night so they can be the first at the Mint to buy a new-release coloured poppy coin .

Manny arrived outside the Mint at 10.45am on Wednesday to line up; Casey was not far behind, pulling up at 12 noon.

The $2 collectable coins go on sale in the Mint Shop at Deakin at 8.30am on Thursday, as well as via telephone sales and from authorised distributors.
