While attention has focused on several elections in other states taking place today, Nov. 4, some voters also will head to the polls across Florida.
Polls open in 17 of Florida's 67 counties Tuesday, Nov. 4, for local elections ranging from mayoral races to city council and county commission.
Polls in Florida open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. on election day. That's not the case in other states, where some polls open as early as 5 a.m.
