JAIPUR: The Jaipur police Tuesday arrested the dumper driver who ploughed into over 17 vehicles in Harmada on Monday, killing 13 and injuring several others. Chomu ACP Usha Yadav said the accused, Kalyan Meena, was booked for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and confirmed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. DCP (West) Hanuman Prasad Meena clarified that 13 people died in the accident. Police had initially claimed 14 fatalities. On Tuesday, all 13 victims were identified and their bodies handed over to families after post-mortem.
