Bigg Boss 19 contestant Farrhana Bhatt ’s family has taken strong legal action against music composer Amaal Mallik ’s aunt, Roshan Garry Bhinder, for calling the actress a “terrorist” during an interview on the YouTube channel Fifafooz. The family has issued a legal notice to Bhinder, the YouTube channel, and YouTube India, demanding immediate removal of the video, a public apology, and Rs 1 crore in damages for reputational and emotional harm.

The notice has also been sent to the National and State Women’s Commissions. In their official statement, the family expressed “deep distress” over what they described as “defamatory and communally charged remarks” made against Farhana, who is also a national-level Taekwondo athlete.
