Mithra Mandali is the recent Tollywood comedy film headlined by Priyadarshi. The movie also marks the Telugu debut of social media sensation Niharika NM. Directed by Vijayendar S, the film was trolled heavily upon its theatrical release for its weak comedy and lack of a proper storyline.

During the promotions, Priyadarshi went a step further and asked audiences not to watch his upcoming films if they didn’t like Mithra Mandali, which led to even more trolling. The team also held paid premieres, a move that backfired and affected the film’s run significantly.
