New Delhi: Chinese taikonauts on board the Tiangong Space Station held a BBQ party during a crew rotation, when a new crew of three was replacing the old crew, also of three. The oven was used to roast chicken wings and beef steaks. The Sehnzhou-21 spaceship carrying the replacement crew lifted off on 23:44 hours Beijing Time from the Juiquan Satellite Launch Centre in Northwest China with the Long March-2F Y21 carrier rocket, on 31 October. The flight was nominal and about three hours after entering Earth orbit, the spaceship used a fast automated rendezvous and docking mode to dock with the front port of the Tianhe core module.
