LUCKNOW, Nov 5: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday issued a stern warning to the mafia and those shielding them, saying anyone indulging in illegal encroachments or trying to terrorise society would have to “pay heavily”.
