A group of urban explorers stumbled upon an astonishing find in a deserted shopping centre. The team, known as LordExplores, were investigating the abandoned Metrocenter mall in Jackson, Mississippi, which shut its doors in 2022, when they encountered something unexpected. ‌

In a video uploaded on YouTube, the group can be seen wandering through remnants of shops including Foot Locker and Waldenbooks, as well as the security office and food court. As they prepare to depart, one member of the group mentions hearing an odd sound from one of the escalators. ‌
