Two men have been arrested for allegedly distributing cocaine in the Evansville area.

Last September, detectives with the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force initiated an investigation utilizing physical and electronic surveillance following tips.

Earlier this week, a warrant was obtained to search the home of Ramiro Chapa Jr.

The search resulted in the seizure of 73 grams of cocaine, 247 grams of marijuana, and multiple digital scales.

Candido Cervantes-Trejo was also found residing at the home.

Both men were booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
