The Students Islamic Organisation (SIO) Telangana strongly condemned Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s controversial remark linking the Muslim community to the Congress party. Calling the statement feudal and undemocratic, the SIO demanded a public apology and urged the Election Commission to take serious note of the violation of electoral ethics ahead of the Jubilee Hills bypoll.

Hyderabad: The Students Islamic Organisation (SIO) Telangana on Wednesday condemned the Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy ‘s statement on the Muslim community and demanded its immediate withdrawal.

The Chief Minister, according to the SIO, had said ‘ Congress hai toh Musalman hai, Congress nahi toh aap kuch nahi ‘ during the campaign for Jubilee Hill bypoll on Tuesday.
