On Wednesday, Nov. 5, authories reported that the fire broke out on the eighth floor of the building in Tulza, just after 8:45 p.m. local time on Tuesday, according to the BBC , The Independent and Reuters .
Smoke and flames then spread to the top floors of the so far unnamed building, Reuters reported. The cause of the blaze is currently unknown.
