TOLEDO, Ohio — Several Toledo Museum of Art galleries will close later this year during a reinstallation process that's expected to last more than a year.

According to a press release from the art museum, several galleries in the West Wing of the Green Building will close starting Dec. 15. The affected galleries are as follows:

The Great Gallery

Galleries 22-27: Dutch, French Baroque and Rococo paintings and sculptures

Galleries 32-33: European art

Gallery 34: Jewelry collection

The art museum said the closures will last until 2027, when the entire reinstallation process is expected to conclude.
