An eyebrow-raising sign in front of an Ontario shop, Goodwood Mercantile — one known well by “Schitt’s Creek” fans — has been put away in storage following complaints.
“Just to let everyone know we have had to remove the sign from the front of the store,” the company said in a Nov. 1 Facebook post . “Some people driving by found it a bit uncouth apparently and there were enough complaints to the municipality they had to ask us to take it away from the front — they were quite nice and noted the issue wasn’t having a sign, it was just the content of this one being a touch risqué.”
“Can’t blame them when they get complaints,” the company added in the post.
