Written by the Wachowskis, directed by James McTeigue, and based on the iconic graphic novel by Alan Moore and David Lloyd, V for Vendett a was released in theaters way back in March 2006. It’s the story of an anarchist named V (played by Hugo Weaving) who fights against a futuristic, fascist establishment through large acts of terrorism.
