FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A 69-year-old Fort Wayne man allegedly lured a 10-year-old girl into his home with an offer of $10 before molesting her, newly filed court records say.

Peter J. Hill is charged with two counts of child molesting, which carry a potential sentence of up to 52 years in prison. He was arrested on Tuesday and is being held at the Allen County Jail.

The victim told police she was a block away from her home when an elderly man offered her $10, according to court records obtained by 21Investigates. When she went up to the man’s porch to collect the money, he pulled her inside his home.

She said that she was assaulted in the home, but in the middle of the attack, she kicked the man down and ran out of the home, court documents show. Her mother gave officers the address
