Nelson with 41.6 percent. • Over in District 8, Alexis Mercedes Rinck essentially saged the city of Rachael Savage’s presence, winning a dominant 78.7 percent to Savage’s 20.5 percent. • In District 2, Eddie Lin will be the new city councilmember.
