Blake Lively ‘s It Ends With Us lawsuit has hit another snag.

The 38-year-old star and producer of the movie sued co-star/director Justin Baldoni and several other defendants, but the judge overseeing the case has dropped one name, for a second time.

US District Court Judge Lewis Liman has ruled once again that Blake cannot sue Jed Wallace , in New York, where the lawsuit is being held.

The judge ruled that her attorneys failed to show Jed had enough of a connection to New York to be sued in the city. He is based in Austin, Tex.

Jed Wallace was allegedly mentioned by name in the texts released by Blake in her complaint last December, as one of those part of a smear campaign against her.
