The Orange County Sheriff’s Department has charged a man with Murder after a deadly shooting Tuesday night. It happened at about 9:30 at an apartment complex just north of Orange.

Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance with shots fired and arrived to find 36-year-old Dupri Booker dead.

Arrested for the crime was 28-year-old Octaviun Romaine Rhodes, Jr.
