Two new operating theatres are now in operation at Joondalup Health Campus, boosting the hospital’s surgical capacity for both private and public operations by up to 4000 procedures a year.

Built within the operating complex at Joondalup Health Campus, the new Ramsay Health Care-funded theatres will feature the latest surgical technology.

They are part of Ramsay Joondalup Private Hospital’s $190 million expansion.

JHC chief executive officer Renaud Mazy said the new theatres were a major milestone in the campus’s expansion.

“The two new theatres will be used to support increased private and public surgical activity across multiple specialties, including orthopaedics, urology and vascular surgery,” Mr Mazy said.
