DES MOINES, Iowa —

Des Moines police are asking for the public's help locating a man wanted for a recent assault.

Kevin Dobbins III, 20, is wanted by Des Moines police. Detectives believe Dobbins punched a 20-year-old woman multiple times, then tried to hit her with his vehicle in an Oct. 26 incident near East 14th Street and Morton Avenue.
