SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The City of San Angelo offices will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day.

Among the City services closed on Nov. 11: • Animal shelter (call 325-657-4315 for emergencies) • Municipal Court • Planning & Development Services • Southside and Carl Ray Johnson recreation centers • Station 618 and Santa Fe Crossing senior centers • Water billing • WIC offices

Garbage collection and landfill operations will continue as usual.

A Veterans Day Ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at Fairmount Cemetery’s Veterans Section, 1120 W. Avenue N. The event is free and open to the public.
