Flight reductions planned amid shutdown's impact on air traffic controllers: Full press conference

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said in a press conference on Nov. 5 that there will be a 10% reduction in flights at 40 major airports by the end of the week due to the impacts of the ongoing federal government shutdown.
