A Galliano man was arrested after allegedly stabbing two relatives in the neck at their Golden Meadow residence late Tuesday, the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office said.

Airron Billiot, 18, was booked into Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex on two counts of attempted second-degree murder, where he is held on $500,000 bail.

Golden Meadow police responded at around 10:20 p.m. to the domestic incident on North 2nd Street, where they found a 30-year-old woman and a 60-year-old woman suffering from stab wounds to the neck. Authorities did not disclose the specific familial relation between Billiot and the victims.

Billiot surrendered and admitted to the attack, police said. Detectives determined he'd been disturbing his family members "throughout the day" and "threatened to kill everyon
