PROVO, Utah (ABC4) — The Utah County Sheriff's Office arrested an individual for DUI who allegedly reached speeds of over 100 mph.

Ashlee Martinez, 39, has been arrested and booked for one count of possession or use of a controlled substance (third-degree felony), driving under the influence (Class B Misdemeanor), use or possession of drug paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor), driving on a suspended or revoked license (Class C Misdemeanor) and having an open container or drinking alcohol in a vehicle (Class C Misdemeanor).
