GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) - The Confluence Center on Riverside Parkway celebrated its grand opening with a unique "chaincutting" ceremony, marking the culmination of years of planning.

The center will serve as a hub for six nonprofits, including RiversEdge West, the Colorado National Monument Association, and the Eureka McConnell Science Center, aiming to educate and inspire the community about conservation and stewardship.
