In a meeting held by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday, Lieutenant-Governor VK Saxena — who is also the Chairman of the DDA — directed the agency, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the state government to resolve pending inter-departmental and inter-agency issues. Sources, meanwhile, told The Indian Express that the said issues pertain to water supply and sewer facilities in Narela and other areas under the DDA that are pending despite the agency having made advance payments for the same.
Delhi ’s Chief Secretary will soon be convening a meeting to resolve these issues.
