The Lakers have a record of 5-3-1 which is good enough for fourth place in the division. This week, due to an ice booking issue for Queen’s University in Kingston, the Lakers road trip opens Thursday versus Queen’s and then comes a tilt against Royal Military College one day later. It’s the first time this year the Lakers don’t have to travel several hours between games. The other positive is that they face back-to-back opponents with won-loss records below .500.
