Festival Napa Valley has elected Steven Stull, president and founder of Advantage Capital, as its new board chairman, the organization announced Nov. 4. He has served on the board of directors of Festival Napa Valley since 2012.

Stull has more than 35 years of investment experience. He has served as director of several Advantage Capital portfolio companies, including FleetCor Technologies, HRI Properties and OMNI Energy, according to the annou
