Elk Grove police have arrested 25-year-old Thao Tran in connection with last weekend’s deadly shooting at zTown Gastro Bar that killed one person and injured three others. Tran, the girlfriend of 43-year-old suspected gunman Roderick Randall, was taken into custody as an accessory to a crime and is being held without bail. Randall remains on the run. Police are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Elk Grove Police Department.
