Syracuse, N.Y. — Marcellus girls soccer continued its pursuit of a repeat state championship in driving wind and rain Wednesday night at Nottingham High School, blowing past Section X champion Salmon River 10-0 to advance to Saturday’s regional round.

The Mustangs have now won all four of their playoff games by at least eight goals and play next against Section II’s Mechanicville at 2 p.m. on Saturday, also at Nottingham.
