Lindsay Clancy , the Duxbury, Massachusetts, mother accused of killing her three children in 2023, is seeking to move her upcoming trial to Boston.

In the request, filed Monday in Plymouth Superior Court, her lawyer cites "the intense and on-going media scrutiny in this case," as well as the facts of the murder trial, in arguing that she wouldn't have a fair trial with an unbiased jury if it goes forward in Plymouth, or even Norfolk County.

Clancy "has already been tried in the public eye," according to her attorney, Kevin Reddington. To support his argument to have the case tried in Suffolk Superior Court, he included dozens of articles written about the case from local and national news outlets.
