Report: WA counties fail to keep guns from alleged abusers

It's meant as a way to protect domestic violence survivors, taking away the guns of an accused abuser while they're under a restraining order. Washington is one of 22 states with this policy, but when it comes to enforcement, some say there are failures across the state.
