LOUISVILLE, Ky. — More than a dozen people remain unaccounted for after a UPS plane crashed south of Louisville's international airport on Tuesday, killing at least 12 people.

The aircraft was enroute to Honolulu when it crashed around 5:15 p.m., sending a massive plume of smoke into the sky visible for miles away.

City and state officials expect the death to continue to increase as first responders remain on the scene.
