TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- A Largo man is speaking out after filing a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs. He is accusing the now jailed entertainer of sexual battery.
The lawsuit details separate incidents involving Combs in 2002 and 2005. The plaintiff, Jonathan Hay, described feeling like he may have been drugged and says that Combs sexually assaulted him.
"I was stonewalled. Nobody listened. The police didn't do anything because, at the time, Sean 'Diddy' Combs [was] untouchable," Hay said.
In 2020, while Hay was producing a Notorious B.I.G. project, he alleges Combs told him to put on clothes belonging to B.I.G. Then he said Combs started watching pornography on his cell phone and masturbating with one of B.IG.'s shirts, all in front of Hay.
In 2021, Hay said he told C.J. Wallace, B.I.G
