CINCINNATI —
A man was rushed to the hospital after a shooting in South Fairmount on Wednesday night, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.
The shooting happened around 8:15 p.m. in the 2500 block of Hansford Place. Advertisement
Police at the scene said the 24-year-old victim was shot in the head and torso. He has life-threatening injuries and was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Police received multiple 911 calls to the scene for reports of shots fired.
Police said they believe a suspect abandoned a black sedan near the scene of the shooting.
