WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WTNH) -- The Federal Aviation Administration has announced that it will be cutting air traffic by 10% at 40 "high-volume" markets on Friday -- news which arrives as people across Connecticut plan to depart from Bradley International Airport on Thanksgiving trips.
The situation in America's airports has been stressful -- not just for passengers but also for air traffic controllers and TSA agents, who haven't been paid since the beginning of October. Flight delays and cancellations are already adding up, with 2,100 delays and more than 160 cancellations reported across the country Wednesday.
