LONG BEACH — An 18-year-old man already in custody in an unrelated matter was being held Wednesday on suspicion of murder for his alleged role in the 2004 killing of a Long Beach street vendor who police say was an innocent bystander felled in a gang shooting.

Rion Dashon Moore of Long Beach was re-booked Tuesday on suspicion of murder and was being held in lieu of $2 million bail, according to the Long Beach Police Department. He is the fourth suspect arrested in connection with the killing of Yener Hudiel Ramirez-Miranda, 37.

Three other suspects were taken into custody by homicide detectives last year.

Rahman Snook Abdallah, 20, of Long Beach, and Raylon Deshawn Akers, 24, of Los Angeles, are charged with one count each of murder in the killing, along with an allegation that each use
