LEAVENWORTH, Wash. - A man who admitted to damaging a park in Leavenworth last year is facing jail time.

Zachary Soltis was caught on camera driving a truck through Leavenworth’s Gazebo Park on Dec. 22, creating large ruts in the muddy and icy ground.

He pleaded guilty to second-degree mischief and was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Soltis must also pay $8,048 in restitution and complete 160 hours of community service in Texas.
