PATNA: Former Bihar chief minister and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav called for a change in government during the first phase of the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections on Thursday, criticizing the NDA government's 20-year rule. Both Lalu Yadav and current chief minister Nitish Kumar cast their votes, with initial voter turnout reaching 13.13 percent by 9 am across 121 constituencies in 18 districts.
